Ian kindly allowed us to be present for his inspection, ask as many questions as we liked, followed him around the home and was very happy for us to do so. His report was extremely thorough and highlighted the major & minor defects and allowed us to purchase with our eyes wide opened to future repairs and maintenance issues and inform our final offer on the home.
