Dear owner,Unfortunately this is my first one star in Google reviews!Today after 15minuts negotiations with you colleagues, we couldn't reach a compromise. And it is the consequence of their reaction.When I bought some boxes of tiles, they said that if there are a few extra boxes left, I can return them.Today when I asked them for $75 for 3 boxes, they just gave me $50 and told me $25 for handling!Honestly, they didn't say any things about this deduction in advance.I respect your policy, but they must clarify it before selling.Many companies try to get satisfaction from their customers, but those impolite behaviors and unfair deduction were against the customer service!I think that it is better to have a revise about some things in your company.
