First time going here, I was late to my appointment and also went to their other location accidentally, so I was 45 mins late. They were still polite and took my pet and did an amazing job! They also sent pictures of my cat Tina being washed and brushed. All round good experience, I will continue to go back.

Apart from the personnel was late to our 11am full grooming appointment that this is a fabulous spa place for cat as they would share images and video clips while bathing your fury pal thus owner could rest assured he/she is being well taken care of.
