Good company, Fantastic crew

The service here is 2nd to none! I emailed them regarding an item I had purchased which they distribute and I had a response instantly and received the best customer service I have in a long time from anywhere! Thank you Elco Food Co

Very rude staff/ owners. Some of the product was mouldy, it had been in the fridge for the whole time with a shelf life still supposedly of 2 months , when we opened it half of it was mouldy we sent back with a colleague when he was picking up some more bought product as an fyi to them ,not even wanting a credit or replacement. What we got from there was nothing short of disgusting. My colleague was verbally abused at the time. Was told it can’t be our product we are too good. We don’t want your business it can’t of been us etc etc. No customer service whatsoever, the worst company I have ever dealt with in over 35 years in the hospitality industry. Would not recommend them in a million years.Changed supplier and got product delivered in an hr. Now that customer service!

Tried the Dolmades. Omg inedible. So much salt!
