Disappointing every single time I’m there. The staff is usually very kind and the dining area itself is always clean. But for food to come out quickly will never happen, on our last visit it was very obvious that our coffees had been sitting a while (iced latte was the worst I’ve ever had in my life, I’ve been a barista for 3 years and it’s very apparent their beans had oxidized, the pull was too long, and it was watered down with little to no ice left), raisin toast was barely toasted or warm. Overall a horrible place, the only reason we’d been visiting is because it’s the closest one to us.

I had a big mac burgers with bacon and Mayo added. The restaurant was busy and so I ask if they can get my food out fresh to when. And they did.

Worst McDonald's I've been too. Over 10 min wait for a quarter pounder meal and the burger and fries were cold. It was also difficult to find somewhere clean enough to sit down to eat my cold meal. I suppose that's what happens when you have a monopoly of an area you don't really need to worry about good service and hot food

I ORDERED A RASBERRY AND GRAPE SLUSHIE AND THEY GAVE ME A FROZEN COKE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! UNACCEPTABLE AND THEN I ASKED FOR WHAT I ORDERED AND THEY ONLY GAVE ME RASBERRY NOT ANY GRAPE WHAT THE HELL I EXPECT BETTER SERVICE

A good mc Donald's,lately I have had problems with the self order console, no paper and no order number,there for must ask the staff, so why use them at all?This problem has happened on a lot of McDonald's I have recently been too not good. Fries are nearly always cold.

Sloppy effort from the team tonight!Literally, my sloppy mcchicken burger fell apart because someone overloaded the burger with mayonnaise.There was zero communication between the person taking food orders in the drive through and the people making orders because if something isn’t working customers need to be informed because then they know to go to hungry jacks instead. I’m talking about the frozen Fanta being “out of order” and only being offered coke. The coke wasn’t even remotely filled to the top and it’s more coke syrup than a frozen coke.It actually surprises me because I thought the maccas where I live in Perth (I’m visiting family) was awful, but we’ll done maccas dural, you managed to be worse

The last 3 visit has been horrible. Spoken to friend about it. It's gotten worse for them. The best one is North kellyville. The food is not if the highest quality there. This time I paid for a large double big Mac $15.10 gave $16. she said it was $15. I said no there's three $2 coins an a $10. Manager came took the side of the worker. Didn't care ended giving an extra $5 to them an told them to keep the change cause it's not about the money. She was just in a rush an didn't pay attention. Will not be going back
