Went to this Medical Centre for the first time. Saw Dr Ella Rose. She is so thorough and caring. Easy to talk to. Definitely my new GP. Thanks Dr Rose for caring

Reading all the negative comments make me sick and need my doctor. Have been seeing Doctor Nicholas Spanos for more years than I can remember and wouldn't put my trust in anyone else (unless he is on a deserved holiday). All the other doctors are great and very accomodationg. The reception staff are always busy but always professional and caring and great to talk to. Don't forget they are constantly dealing with SICK people and what I've seen, some pretty rude and demanding patients. It's a medical centre, not a five star hotel.

What a joke my son had a appointment 3;45 was waiting till 5:10 pm 2 people came in with no appointment and we’re seen after 4”5 minutes of sitting down total of 1 hour and 10 minutes waiting and walked out

The customer service at the reception was so bad and rude. The lady yelled at me in front of my 1 year old baby and other customers for not picking up the phone call even though I still respectfully told her that I thought it was some random number and asked why they did not leave a message or an email because I have made my booking online with my phone number and email on it and she said she didn’t have my email (that’s an excuse because I’ve received their confirmation email before coming to the clinic)I can see there’s a couple more reviews about how bad the customer service is. I hope the could improve it

Wow! Just moved into the area and was thinking of changing doctors, however after reading most reviews I was simply discussed on the customer service given to patients when entering the clinic! First impressions always brings in clientele regardless how good the doctors are! Nevertheless I’ll go elsewhere.

I have been well respected and treated in a very positive way and my Doctor explains everything to me. And I understand everything that he says to me. The nurses and receptionist are very polite and very helpful to all of their patients.

Waited 1 and a half hours for the doctor they kept saying I was next and somone came in about 10 minutes before I just left without a reservation and they got in in 5 minutes I ended up just leaving after that absolutely shocking. I had been there since 3:20 and left at 5:00 without seeing the doctor shocking behaviour.Also tried to call to make sure they didn’t charge for Medicare and I was on hold for 15 minutes

The doctors are really good in particular Dr Rose , Dr Neethu and Dr McDonald and the reception staff are very nice .. but the staff working in the 4cyte pathology are extremely rude . Would not recommend getting a blood test here
