Absolute scam of a company! Take zero responsibility for any issues and no one who actually worked on the project works for Kinsman they are all contractors. DO NOT GO WITH KINSMAN

They say that they custom make to your needs, thats not true. When the designer comes to your home they say you can have it the way you request it then they send out a person to do the check measure who then says no you have to change plumbing & electrical power to suit them. This to me is not custom made. Would not recommend them you are better off doing it yourself or using your own friendly builder.

Originally I was going to have my builder install a flat pack kitchen, then thought why not spend the extra money and get Kinsman to do it as they will do a (?) great job? Well, I made a mistake. I should have just let my builder do it.What I’ve discovered is Kinsman are basically going to charge you a fortune, and then just cut some cabinetry. Everything else they offer as part of the package is contracted out to someone that they have a relationship with . You may as well buy a flat pack and then just pay someone to put it in.Kinsman sell you a stone bench top but then organise a company called Form-rite to cut and install the stone. In my experience, Form-rite do a bad job and have no customer service. I’ll post pictures of the stone they installed, one piece touched my wall, one piece didn’t at all. They would not replace it or fix their mistake. Kinsman did not really help me when I complained.Kinsman also don’t actually install themselves, they have an independent installer do the honours. Meaning if you’re trying to book in your installer or follow up with issues, such as with my installer not answering my requests to come back and install the kick boards, or the fact that he put the appliances in the respective holes but didn’t secure them and they fell out, kinsman will just reply by saying you have to contact your installer, it’s out of their hands. They seem to have no accountability for a bad job, yet you organised the kitchen through them. It’s very disappointing.
