you have to wait half hour to an hour then when you get to the service member they are more incompetent and inept then you yourself are but you have to deal with them because their customer call centre is just as useless

I have had to use Centrelink Woy Woy 2 days this week and I must say I received outstanding service both times and my waiting time was very reasonable the first day, the second day I had an appointment and was looked after on time. Thank you Woy Woy Centrelink you made my visits a pleasure.

An amazing lady help me for almost an hour today , helping me with starting my claim. So sorry a forgot her name , she took time to help with me and stayed as long as she could. Every one there are always so helpful. Thank you for all your help and support
