Wow what a place to visit. I have been coming here for years. If you are looking for a place to come and buy something different for anyone or yourself that you can't get anywhere else this is the place. Staff goes out of their way to make you feel welcome and special. They are also willing help order stock if the don't have it. First time ever they have 25% off all stock please support this place it's one of a kind. Today we brought a beautiful studio collection from Veronese design film projector absolutely stunning

Horrible customer service. Wanted to send a pic of a lamp I was intending on buying for a friend. Male owner felt like making rude remarks. Guess I can just buy online elsewhere.

The store has some beautiful stock, don’t get me wrong, but the customer service… my mum and I went into the store just to have a look around and perhaps find a gift for my grandmothers 70th. Whilst Hahndorf was fairly busy at this time, the store was mostly empty and we weren’t yet sure why. Whilst we were there the female shop assistant followed us around the store the whole time, watching us. The store had signs all around it stating there were to be no photos taken, not really sure why, but we respected that. I took out my phone just to write the name of this one beautiful lamp to later show my grandmother online, and the shop assistant yelled out “NO PHOTOS.” Gave me the fright of my life. I’m not sure if the store has a problem with stealing or what, but I think they need to work on offering a more comfortable shopping environment for their customers.

Horrific ‘customer service’ from rude staff. Don’t even attempt to take your mobile phone out for any reason – you’ll be accused of “stealing information”. I’ll never set foot in this store again.

I really don't think the owners read their reviews as their behavior is still atrocious. I was pounced on by the female staff member as soon as I entered the shop. Was looking at one of their handbags. I made it very clear that I appreciated her trying to help but I just wanted to browse. She did not take the hints. The male sat behind his counter like a king in his castle looking miserable.I left after 5 minutes. Felt extreemly uncomfortable in there. If you go to Hahndorf, walk on by this place people!!!

So rude manner owner. The quality of goods was not good and blaming customer being too fussy. Should not go there!

Extremely poor customer service. The owners are both extremely rude and not helpful at all. Male too busy sitting at the desk watching his security cameras, while the female is just disgustingly rude following you making you feel like criminals for looking around. God knows how they are still there with such poor behavior. Shame on them- won’t ever stop foot in there again.

What a great store! So much beautiful stock to choose from - I found the perfect gift for my Aunt's birthday! Thanks for your help in choosing the right one!

Very rude and nasty male owner. Feel sorry for his wife who is very good dealing with customers. Interesting but expensive stock. Did I mention the aggressive and impolite male owner?

Love this store has the most beautiful items especially the Tiffany Style Lamps, proprietor was super friendly and helpful weve bought a lamp and 2 teapot lamps and some other statues and always happy with price and careful packaging will be back to Hahndorf in future and look forward to see what’s new and unique in the store
