Supervisor parked in no standing zone blocking pedestrian path while out fishing in full uniform during working hours.......disgraceful. No wonder they never answer their phones.

We regret signing up with this builder. We have had issues from the beginning of this build and our house has been in the final stage for almost 4 months now. From June through to the end of August almost nothing was done on the house.The site supervisor shows a complete lack of interest in actually getting the house done. They have exceeded their completion date and we are waiting 1 year from the start of the build to handover. Rather go to a medium sized builder who cares.Edit: Avoid this company, they are a bunch of crooks. They will issue a notice of completion to avoid paying penalties but we viewed the house today and it was not done. We haven't even had PCI yet. What a bunch of dishonest careless builders.
