Terrible communication. Can’t understand anything anyone says at this service. Poor service. Left me out of pocket for $1600 as one of the parents left without notice. No support for educators.Wow what a load of croc nice save though! Not following our policies! Every single parent complained on a fortnightly basis of being purposely overcharged and no rectification. It’s easier to train chimps then you lot.

I would highly recommend this place as my daughter got the best carer she is a patience hardworking and caring and i can see a great positive impact on my daughter.Also everyone at mothers love are so supportive and helpful

A nice and safe place for kids.

I have used 2 educators, both were friendly and very flexible with times and days.However the office management team is a real issue! They are not only extremely rude and unreasonable at times, but i have noticed SEVERAL overcharges or incorrect invoices. I have brought these mistakes to their attention but they didn’t wanna hear it. It was difficult to have them amend the invoices and they were immediately hostile as soon as i raised the issue. After the first time i had requested they have someone investigate all previous invoices and they ignored this request. The 2nd time it occurred, I insisted yet again they investigate but i was met with complete disagreement on the topic and told the invoice was correct (it wasn’t).I believe that the overcharges were not mistakes and they may be doing it purposely for profitable gain.I am in the process of making an formal complaint to the Education board.Be careful and check your invoices :)

Great educators, poor management and PR. Shut centers with 2 weeks notice. Didn't provide adequate transition for families or their educators. Please read this before enrolling your child in one of their centers or taking up employment. You don't want to be left looking for a new day care with the excuses of government policy. I don't require a response for this post as these stars will stay empty either way.Time for a PR training week i think.

I just wanted to write to share how happy my husband and I are with my daughter's experience with Fifi.She has been attending Fifi's daycare (Little Stars in Forest Hill) since the beginning of the year and after one month it is evident that she is happy and has formed strong connections with Fifi, Leila and the other children. As a parent, I have been looking for a place where I believe my daughter first and foremost feels emotionally secure. I believe my daughter feels safe under Fifi's supervision which has allowed her to make friends and thrive in the nurturing learning environment that Fifi works so hard to provide. Fifi is welcoming, caring and attentive. She also takes the time and effort to create stimulating learning experiences for the children. I have noticed my daughter's fine motor skills in particular have thrived in the short time she has been attending Little Stars. We feel fortunate to know our daughter is in such good care.

Horrible I couldn't agree more with Nikki Jordan below.Carers were nice, management was pain in the neck.Rude management, issues every single week. Strongly recommend to stay away from these people.Overcharging is a common thing.
