Christine and Lona are the worst Agents I have ever came across! We had many issues at our rental property, we reported them so many times and no action or response was taken! They are very rude people and don’t deserve a cent they earn by ripping off hard working people! I’m sure many people agree with what I say!

Christine and Lorna are the worst agents to go through. Making everything sound good and nothing comes through. Getting ripped off. On the day of the settlement I was signing the contract the price was $80 more than the advertised price. Then I was told it’s too late because I signed already.

The worst strata managment company. They will happily reduce the value of the property and bring total devastation while charging fat free. Stay away at all cost.

Poor management, rude staff. Whenever we had a complaint about them having an open house before we moved out we weren’t informed through email or anything and randomly there would be people waiting out side with the agent telling us it’s open house today, they would do this around 2-3 until we moved out. The worst experience ever with a real estate. Even calling them. They would not help or acknowledge anything that I would ask about and directly would tell us to email any concerns to them and would reply almost 1-2 weeks later. Because of they’re disgusting attitude of the staff and terrible service we highly recommend any tenant to chose another realtor option other then this one. We moved out 4th month in when the contract was up to a year. Good luck

Where should i begin !!!I had many issues with the unit i was living in. I made many complaints to Lorna and Christine regarding to noise or when the unit was flooded and etc . But i never got any results.Raine&horne st marys and the agents Lorna & Christine by far are the worst real estate and real estate agents i came across with.I paid $4000 out of my own pocket to paint the whole house and fixed everything before i move in but in return i didn't even get a smiple complaint resolved.After seeing the reviews and ratings it all make sense to me now.

Keep away from this company, if you want to pay $10,000 doesn’t care where do they spend your money go for it, if you have plety time to mark around with them, go for it, they won’t reply you until you chase and chase. I saw someone was claimed $500 did not repair the roof leak, we have a property spend $5000+, nothing improve.When you were about the terminate the contract, they said you can’t. What a joke. Worst worst service ever......

Lovely staff. Lorna and Christina have always been great to communicate with. We rented a property and from the beginning they were very accomodating. At the end of the lease they got quotes for some minor things to be finalised to ensure I was happy with the price. Never had any issues with the team, always a pleasure to deal with. Thank you

The most unprofessional and unpleasant experience I have ever come across. Communication was very poor, I did not feel valued as a client. My property was once managed by rental property managers and was managed by Strata. You constantly have to ring the real estate to get some form of response and usually the tone you receive is as if you have inconvenienced the staff. The property managers attempted to assist with insurance claims due to storm damage to the property. However, communication and follow up was very poor. My insurance company had to follow up several times with the property manager at the time to process the claim. Furthermore, I even picked up keys to drop it off to contractors as I could not rely on the property managers to organise this in a timely manner.Early this year, I sold my property through a different agent and both the buyer’s conveyancer and my selling agent experienced the same type of unprofessional rudeness by being rather aloof. Strata was managed by this team and when we did attend meetings, most of our questions did not get answered on the spot. The usual response is ‘We will get back to you’. There is usually no response or follow up. Emails will hardly get a reply and phone calls are rarely returned unless you mention to them that you will visit the office in person. The Body Corporate all requested email communication at the time for any future correspondence. They still use postage and the use of paper for necessary communication.According to solicitors dealing with the sale of my property, their opinion was that the Strata was not managed according to the best interest of the owners. For example: there will be times only one quote for repairs is obtained for major ceiling repairs. Then the process for repairs gets extensively delayed if more competitive quotes are requested. As quoted by the Strata Manager during a Body Corporate meeting “It’s only $500 more”. That $500 is worth a lot of money especially when there was $0 in the admin fund at the time before a special levy was raised. The same repairs had taken place three times so the cause was not addressed. One star is too good in my opinion. Please note all contents in the above review is based on my experience/feelings and my perspective. If they manage your strata, attend ALL meetings and always have a paper trail.

Having dealt with the property management team over the last few months, I can not fault them. They have been amazing, from the receptionist, property officer to the property manager. Nothing is ever and issue and they always go out of their way to help. Keep up the good work and thank you!

Fantastic͏ service and constant communicationJack͏ was a true professional from my first interaction on the phone. You could tell he loved what he was doing from his enthusiasm and willingness to sell our property. Jack was realistic with the current market and didn't oversell or overpromise. I could tell straight away our property was in good hands due to his honesty and genuinely friendly approach. Jack kept me informed in every detail and I never felt like I had to follow him up. He went above and beyond to find an old council approved document that helped with our sale- and in the end he found a genuine buyer and negotiated a great price for us. Jack is a true professional and a credit to the industry- thanks Jack for all your efforts in selling our investment property.
