Appalling customer service. We saw 3 different staff members and were not acknowledged by a single one, and there were no other customers in the store. I'll now be going with a different brand for my build - even if it costs extra - because I'd rather be out of pocket than support the employment of individuals like those I encountered today.

Poor customer service, i walked in today on the 18/01/2022 and was the only one in the shop while the lady at the desk looked like she was half asleep while leaning on the counter. In the future it might help to walk over to potential customers and see how you may assist them as I assume that's what you are getting paid for.
