Very good service by Andrew in store today.We went in to buy a webber family bbq and he went above and beyond to make sure we left happily and with our item as they were understaffed and couldnt get access to stock, but Andrew made it happen #legend.

Great store, friendly helpful staff when I've shopped in store.When picking up Click and Collect always super quick and efficient.

Limited range of game fishing pre rigs, fishing section guy had little knowledge & unhelpful as was the store manager. Better service and components to make rigs or purchase pre made rigs at Complete Angler. Store took me back to KMarts fishing section in 1980’s, all show, no niche products for live baiting for the kingfish fisho.

I actually really enjoy speaking to the staff about fishing at BFC but this last purchased has turned me off the store.I had a click and collect, I had to wait 20mins in store to receive it, defeats the purpose.On receiving, I was only give one item, had to ask for the others, on receiving the remainder, I was still missing one items, had to ask again.(7 Items)Left the store, went through the items, one of the items was the wrong size.The rod I purchased comes with a rod cover, wasn't in the bag.Had to go back to the store, get the correct size.With the rod cover, the lady argued they don't supply unless its on the Daiwa website, I found it on the website, she continued and said we have no stock without actually checking and said sorry, she had zero interest in helping me.I emailed Daiwa direct, they said their stock is sent with the covers and what I had been told was incorrect information.Daiwa were great, they sorted out the issue out with BCF and had my rod cover sent directly to me.Overall all, a really poor customer service experience, my purchase was over $500 that day and was treated poorly.The lady that served me seemed to be more interested in her own agenda to be more acknowledge on subject and to get me out of the store rather than trying to help me.Probably wont shop here again because of the way I was treated.I recently found Tackle World up the road has extremely good customer service and have all the accurate knowledge.

Couldn't get the guy interested in filling my gas bottle ...if you offer a service then can't be bothered to fulfill the service remove it
