Scammers!!! I'll give them a zero if there is an option. I just bought a new car and it was badly hit at the rear by another car and I don't why I trusted a dealership near me who recommended this shop to get it repaired.1. They quoted the insurance company to replace the broken parts- promised to get it done in a week. After 3 weeks of waiting, I got the car which they said was already with replaced new parts. I had a quick look- They did a very dodgy work where the dents and scratches are still visible- none of the parts were replaced-also confirmed by the assessor of insurance company. The guy even argued with me when I got the car that that the parts were new!!! Unbelievable!!!!???If I didn't say anything- they'll get away with their quoted fee but the job was not done. The other repair shop even had a look under the car and a frame should be replaced which they said nothing was wrong with the frames under the car.2. Very rude receptionist saying why should I even worry about my car?!! No customer service with a very condescending attitude.3. They convinced me to get the hire car from them since if I did with the insurance company I will get a lot of hassles. They gave me a very old car that costed me much more money paying for petrol since it consumes way more than my car.Never trust this shop. I had spoken to their manager who intitially argued with me and I said I have evidences, he can't win. Then he said that the parts will take long to be delivered. And I was like?!! Then you should've let me know!!!! Rather than fooling people.

I called up asking a simple question, and the lady on the phone was EXTREMELY RUDE. She had a very rude tone to her voice and at the end of the call as I was thanking her for her time, she slammed the phone in my face. Disgusting attitude.

These guys just saved our trip. We arrived with our campervan on a Friday afternoon for a door repair after a break in. Even if they were super busy, they took time for us. Nice job and sweet staff. We highly recommend.

I don’t have words to express myself. Simply say Martin PanelMasters Berwick are Champions. Whole team works together. Understand and listen client point of view before explaining how things work. My family loves to see the Car back with eye detailing work done. I would highly recommend this place for your Car. Try it and they won’t let you down. I bet.

Not great. Simple bumper repair not requiring parts took twice the time promised and then when I arrived had large imperfections in the paint which they hadn't noticed? This required me to have to leave it there longer. No care at all from the lady at desk who says she is the owner. I won't be back after giving her every chance to acknowledge the poor experience.

SHOCKING I have fixed Many cars with them when Sam was running this place. 3 weeks ago I brought New Mercedes GLE 350d couple with a scratch across the door. Somebody didn't like our new car. They have done it but if my wife didn't see a runner on the edge of the door we wouldn't know. Bad business practice. What's more, car of this caliber was given back with a runner?? They apologized and told me to come back in 3 weeks time when the pain hardens so they will polish it off. No way I'm going back there ever again. I gave the car to be polish to another panel beater and it was revealed then painted too thin so the door had to be repainted again.
