The Bistro changes management fairly frequent from what I have seen over past couple of years. That said I just had one of the best meals I have ever had. My compliments to the Chef on the lamb shoulder.Please keep this Chef, he is amazing.I can see there have been some negative reviews on here as well, to anyone reading this please take the reviews with a grain of salt, it does not reflect the PI Hotel, it only reflects some of the previous people running the bistro.

The Grillhouse Bistro is a hidden gem within this classic Western Sydney pub.The dining area has recently been extended with the addition of a whole new dining and function space which has a retractable roof.I dined at the Grill house by invite and ordered the classic pub dish, surf and turf. My steak was tender, juicy and cooked perfectly to order. Everything on the table looked fresh and tasty. Great food and in a friendly pub atmosphere.

I think the photo would show how bad the food is and no salt too. Bean eating here more then 2 years. This Asian people can't cook white food at all. The previous white chefs they did really well don't know why they change them. It's not about the steak other food too. I don't know about the bar it's jest about the bistro. If thinking to eat here you it's a bad choice!
