Would not recommend their property management service , I had a property leased to two people through this agency then found out the people that leased the property where not even living at the property but had leased for family members to use ,then was passed around 4 different property managers (same agency) over the next 7-8 months whilst trying to have so called tenants removed from property .even finding furniture we had left at the property for the use of the tenant ( garden furniture,BBQ, bird cages) being sold on buy swap sell pages . New agency giving property to manage (tenancy tribunal awarded in my favour $3500 worth of damages ) to fix , repair or replace $200 recovered before tenants( family members) disappeared .

do not use to this company to manage your property. communication is poor and no real management. think twice before you decide !!

When I initially signed the paperwork and moved into the property it was under the management of Raine and Horne, when I was moving out I was unfairly charged for carpet damage that had been cleverly covered by Raine and Horne. They had intentionally hidden the carpet hole by placing a wardrobe on top of it, keeping it hidden from view during the initial inspection.Unfortunately, the property management was later transferred to Dubbo Real estate agency , I already had informed Dubbo Real estate agency about the pre-existing carpet damage which was not caused by me ,despite the carpet damage was pre-existing and concealed by Raine & Horne, Dubbo Real Estate chose to ignore these facts and hold me responsible for this damage.

Staff was helpful and professional.

Sold 2 properties of mine , 1 in Wongarbon and one in South Dubbo. Highly recommend . Very honest and easy going company to deal with. Highly recommend to anyone looking to buy or sell.
