Matthew at Bognar Estate Agents was always fair, courteous and prompt in responding to queries I had and professional in his ways of property management.Throughout my time there, he always respected my privacy and tried to accommodate inspection times that were mutually suitable for the both of us.My end of lease experience was second to none! Matthew really went above and beyond to make it a pleasant exit to a pleasant tenancy. Icing on the cake!I really couldn't recommend more highly and would use this agent in the future should I require property services.

I recently used Matthew to sell a property for me and was very pleased with the result. Matthew did an excellent job of selling our inner city apartment in a very difficult market. He was constantly in contact with us during the process. Matthew also presented ideas for the presentation of the property and also came up with ideas for the sale of the property. Search no more. If you are looking for an Agent to manage or sell your property Matthew is your man. I onboarded Matthew after managing a rental property myself. Unfortunately the tenancy we had went from bad to worse, culminating in Tribunal, eviction, disposal of property and preparing the property for sale. Matthew took care of all of these with great diligence and professionalism. It is when things go wrong that one truly appreciates having a very good property manager. Cannot thank Matthew enough for how he dealt with the difficult tenant, and the sale. Our property sold within a couple of weeks from the listing going live. Highly recommended.
