very disappointed with the service and refusal of dispense my regular medication that ive been taking for years for my pain and anxiety. takin my script there on regular base fo last 10 years . got refused as my doctor hasn’t wrote the daily dose on scrip that been already dispensed twice before at the same time monthly intervals. only because some other pharmacist was on diuty. i kindly ask them to have look in their computer and see that it is same pattern every month for many years. still got refused. pretty obvious that someone was on duty that had no idea about my health issues and pain. even when its all documented and script has approval.wont be going back again. poor knowledge and customer service.

I have purchased my medication from Terry White Chemist for many years and now it's time to find a new chemist. The pharmacist refused to give back my script last Saturday even though the product i was requesting was not in stock. The script was under a pile of paperwork she said. This used to be the best chemist but has gone downhill for service over the last few months especially the pharmacist

Best pharmacy in the area! It has that family-run business feel which isn’t so common nowadays.The staff (particularly one of the female pharmacists Mona) are professional, friendly and personable which I never get in big brand stores. Super supportive throughout my pregnancy and always gives me the most up-to-date advice! Thanks guys. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I was served by Kym in the Rockingham branch today and she went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. She helped me ensure I chose the right item for what I needed. Without her I would have come away having bought the wrong thing. She didn’t have to help me like that but it was very much appreciated. She had an excellent manner and was so friendly. My local pharmacy, I wouldn't go anywhere else. The staff greet you with a smile and are very genuine. Great service always.

I've had a good experience in the past, however, the past two times I have gone here for my regular prescription,I have been met with an abrupt, rude attitude by the young male pharmacist with dark hair! I have encountered issues with my prescriptions TWICE and, whatsmore,today I was overcharged for a box of similar antidepressants ( one was $6 something and the other SAME box was over $7).Paul the regular pharmacist has always been helpful in the past.Maybe it's time for me to change Pharmacies.

This is my preferred chemist for all my pharmacy and script needs. There is usually a range of staff on and available. Scripts don't take to long and they have a broad range of items you can shop for.

I had run out of routine medication and asked them for a few doses until I could obtain a new script in a few days. They refused.My health is of no importance to these people, even though I'm a regular customer.Just see when I shop here again. Don't hold your breath.
