These guys were contracted by our insurance company to do some response work to some flooding from a busted hose in our home. Deon and his team were incredibly friendly, helpful and professional. So when I recently needed help with a separate mould issue, I contacted Deon and once again received absolutely amazing service. I don't write many reviews but I have been so impressed with Big Red I was moved to do so. I couldn't recommend them highly enough.

After an accident that stained the carpet quite badly, I called Deon needing an emergency/ASAP appt for him to come and clean my carpets.He went out of his way for same day cleaning. As always he was professional, great value and did an excellent job cleaning the carpet. .All stains were gone from the carpet and the carpet was back to being fresh again.HIGHLY recommend Big Red Carpet Cleaning.

Don't waste $150 with Big Red Carpet Cleaning" End of Lease cleaning.Three bedroom with stairs took 20 minutes.Clearly did not do the job as I hired another company who showed me the filth removed from the carpets."
