This is the worst pizza store ., with rude owner who don’t know how to speak to his customers as you can read the reviews he is trying to argue with people who put feedback for himI went in to order pizza and when I did.He asked me in a rude way to stand outside once pizza ready he will call meThen he didn’t call me for about 40 minutes .I was scared to go in unless he calls me .I went in and asked if my pizza was ready the. He threw the pizza on the bench and I asked in a nice way that my pizza is cold why didi r he call me when it was ready he asked me to get out and close the door ,When I got upset and told him I didn’t want the pizza so I left and the door slamped behind me he ran after me trying to attack me to ask why I slmaped the door I told him I didn’t the door closed by it self .I had a panic attack cause I had post traumatic stress disorderSomeone called the ambulance and the cops cause I couldn’t move I fell cause I was so scared that he will attack me .Oh my God please for Gods sake the owner of this store has some kind of mental health problem or had anger issues please don’t go to his storesPlease

They certainly create a better quality pizzas to those main franchisees that is littered across. They remind me of the old fashioned pizza place that one used to get in the seventies and eighties.The key thing is to make sure that there is plenty of topping with ann excellent base.We always get the DC Special.

I've been ordering pizza from La Sara for awhile now the boss knew who i'am over the phone,I spoke with him politely to asked for a simple request to not have egg placed on one pizza and placed on the other. I was met by a very rude reply and told to go somewhere else. Customer service should be number 1 and treated with appreciation and respect if I ran my business like this I wouldn't have any work... disgraceful and very un Australia... no I won't be coming back and I'll besure to tell others about their unacceptable rude Customer service-5 stars from me !

Very recently I made an order on Marinana-Seafood pizza from this place and informed the restaurant not to include mussels in my pizza. However, when I received the order I realised that they have still included mussels. Please consider customer requests more serious.

When I dream of pizza, I dream of La Sera Vermont South. So many pizza places come and go as their quality starts out good and slowly fades.La Sera in Vermont South has consistently had some of the best pizza in the country since we started going there almost a decade ago. Not to mention, it is incredibly cheap for what you get, the service is always exceptional, and the pizza is always on time.After almost a 2 year hiatus from La Sera, due to being overseas, I can honestly say the quality has if anything gone up (which I did not think was possible)! Hands down the best pizza place in Aus.Family size Margherita Pizza w Jalapeños for the win.

I reckon the pizza was ok it wasn't great. Was a bit expensive than what's around.I wanted to place the order over the phone and had to pay a few bucks more and I was told it was the same price. It's not about a few dollars it's about being transparent with your customers.
