Cheesecake shop always offer great cake with affordable price.

I bought double chocolate cake on Saturday when i went to eat it the next day it had mould all over disgusting, when i spoke to owner it seem like it was normal for him to sell mould cake to people and his response was disgusting.. never going back there again..

I ordered a cookies and cream cheese cake and it tasted like nutmeg and ginger. There wasn't even a hint of cookies and cream flavour, very disappointing.

One of the worst cake(PECAN & COFFEE) we ever bought,they have changed the recipe and completely crumbly texture. Definitely not fresh and not worth $38...we generally always buy from the cheesecake shop franchise but avoid this Campbelltown branch ...not even 1 star rating

I'm not sure why im giving 2 stars to this even. Iv been here 3 times from May last yr till now, all 3 times u have to stand there for more than 5min wondering whether someone would attend to u or no and they take so long to come fwd from back office. The 2nd disappointment is the freshness of the cakes. All 3 times, there was this weird smell in the cakes and they tasted like they've been quite old.not sure how they mark expiry. I think their fridge doesn't work properly but all 3 times, lacked freshness, weird taste n smelled bad.iv tried their classic cheescake, double choc and choclate one. The strawberries that were put on the choc cake were rotten and put on miselry as well. everytime I thought maybe this is one off but nah. No doubt the variety is there but quality isn't! There r definitely better options esp at this price point.

Got two cheesecakes on Saturday, one wild strawberry and cookies & cream. The strawberry one was alright, but the cookies & cream was so disappointing. Once we served the c&c one it literally looked like it was melting and just seemed off.The other thing is the customer service. When we had got there, there were two people in front which ordered first, then I walked up to the register and waited for the person at the front to greet us but he didn't. In the mean time, a couple came and were on their phone im assuming ordering a cake? Even though they were at the store? Anyways they were over to the side and as I was like Hi id like to get two cheesecakes, the server interrupted me saying Oh i have to wait for them to place their order before i can serve you"... So my mum and i waited 10 minutes for the couple to decide what they wanted and then they wanted to use a coupon and couldn't? Very strange situation but thats not on the people working there. But then when it was time to order

Delicious.Great service, abit of a wait even for pre order but it was worth it.

With Mother's Day, birthdays and anniversaries, the Cheesecake Shop does not disappoint for that special cake or cheesecake. Even better is that the Campbelltown Store has a discount voucher in a local Macarthur guide each month, which has enabled us to purchase whole cakes at terrific prices (which we might otherwise not have bought at the higher price). Thanks for advertising your discount vouchers - it is much appreciated.
