I bought 2 systems from Alex: first contained of Harbeth Super HL5 Plus and integrated amplifier Lavardin IS Reference, and then Harbeth Monitor 30.2 Anniversary and integrated amplifier Lavardin ITx. This combo of amplifier and loudspeakers is second to none by my experience. Alex is an amazing guy, not only a salesman, but true lover of HiFi with rich experience. He gives great and honest advice, but is not being pushy in this attitude.

I had reason to contact Audio Magic recently for some help with a product of theirs, an Ayre CD Player, that I'd purchased some time ago. There I met Alek, and I'm so lucky and thankful that I did. Alek immediately went out of his way to do everything possible to rectify the problem I was having. He did far more than I was expecting and in a very short time frame. In a word, it was Outstanding service.I would absolutely recommend that if you're looking for respected top end Hi Fi Audio brands teamed with the very best in Customer Service, you will not do better than visit Alek at Audio Magic.

Audio Magic were brilliant to deal with, they are very honest accommodating and the Lavardin amp is fantastic. Highly recommended. Thank you Aleksandar for your service which is first rate.I purchased the Lavardin IT integrated amplifier which is currently powering my Lenehan ML Reference loudspeakers. The overall sense of scale and timing is fantastic, this amplifier produces music rather than hi fi. Listening to this amp is relaxing rather than glaring, it is fast and ever so slightly on the warm side producing an engaging experience for the listener.
