The atmosphere of this gym compares to no other in Adelaide, the people are friendly, respectful and the trainers are always helpful. I can pick from a wide range of classes, but my favourite is definitely the woman's boxing.I also give 5 stars for kids boxing class on Saturday mornings, the trainer is really great with the kids.

Have been attending beginners boxing for 4/5 months. The team of trainers are professional, experienced and welcoming. Positive environment with a welcome lack of tough guy" attitude at West Central. The gym caters classes/sessions for people of all skill levels

I've been going to West Central for the past month.This place is amazing!!!This gym is so welcoming. From the trainers, staff and other patrons, everyone is so kind, helpful and it is such a family orientated gym and you're welcomed into the West Central family immediately.West Central has a wide range of weights, equipment and classes for me to have an honest workout. The Altitude Room was a next level workout experience I'd never had before either.Would highly recommend this gym to anyone.

I had the chance to enrol into their Fight Challenge: it got me back in shape in no time. Having relatives coming over to watch my final fight at the gym was a fun memory that I'll keep for life. Overall, the courses bring the results I was hoping for: steadily improving my boxing skills while keeping healthy. Coaches are helpful, passionate and dedicated: I felt that I was always in good hands. I also enjoy training with the members and the good vibe is what keeps me going back.

Had the pleasure of training here for the week I was in Adelaide. Great facilities even used their high altitude room which was a first time experience. Martin and Vince gave me the initial run through with machines and some excercises . As it had been a while. Also booked in a PT boxing terry that was a workout and a half Thanks again. I’ll make sure I wear that west central when back in the Sunny GC. See you when we are back in Adelaide next.

Great gym, great people! Staff and trainers are kind and helpful. Classes are great for beginners and people at an advanced level. Definitely recommend!
