Very grateful for the help we were given in June. Replaced our 240V plug on our Motorhome and serviced our gas connections. All done on the spur of the moment within hours. We were very happy with the service given and price charged. Would go back without hesitation. Thanks guys!

I needed a non return valve for my caravan plumbing and called B&C Caravan servicing when I arrived in Dubbo. They quickly found the part and I was on my way. Service was excellent.I noted there were a number of caravans being either serviced or repaired in their workshop area.

How disappointing very bad service from this business. We waited here for a week as they told us they had the awning we needed replacing in stock. We checked and confirmed on numerous occasions as we had to pack up our van and drop it off. An hour and a bit later they called we thought it was all ready to go. Not the case apparently they didn’t have it in stock at all. Of course it was someone else’s fault. Not impressed bad service certainly would not recommend. There appears to be a lot of uncompleted vans at this set up we feel sorry for people that are waiting.

Did a very poor job. We didn't even get to Tamworth before our electric brakes failed, after we had specifically asked for them to be checked. When asked about the service we were treated terribly. Submitted a claim to Fair Trading.

Terrible! After booking my van in and dropping it off, it was delay after delay, they didn’t even touch it for a full week, had to wait three weeks for them to do 6 hours of work. Then I get the van home and find out the 240 inlet on the outside of the van they wired up is now cracked, damaged and the water tight seal is broken! Now I have to get parts replaced that were fine before going to them. Would not recommend. Had a full gas system also installed which I was happy with. Also extremely expensive.

Had an issue with dometic- 3way fridge - gas on the fridge would not turn on. The staff went out of the way and repaired the issue with great speed so we could continue home after putting in a replacement part. Nothing was any problem for them. Staff and workers went out of their way to resolve the issue. Reasonably priced and exceptional service, friendly and courtesy staff. Job well done. Thank you.
