Would give zero stars if possible. 4 staff members watched me walk around without offering assistance actually actively avoided me at all costs! Rude and unprofessional who when asked a simple question decided to make me feel stupid. Absolutely will not return here ever again. Go to gungahlin petbarn, they are all extremely lovely and good at their job and willing to do their job, CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Petbarn provides an assortment of products useful to anyone with a pet. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and service was good. As is the case with most services provided and products designed specifically for pet owners, some of the prices seem a little inflated however, this is no fault of the business.

I usually come here for all my animals, the older gentleman usually looks after me and is always so happy and helpful.Came in today as my dog is sick and I needed to confirm some questions for what to give him and when I last purchased things for him.Jakeb watched me find what I needed for 15 minutes with no help at all, then when checking me out I explained about my dog and he said “ah I don’t know” told me the price and proceeded to check me out as fast as possible.. I know y’all are not vets but come on, myself and my animals deserve advice on the products I’m paying $200 for.

I took my English bulldog there for a wash nail clip deshed she came out still hair falling everywhere barely clipped her nails her nose fold hadn't been cleaned at all she was there nearly an hour and half for what a bath? Disappointed petbarns groomers are usually awesome Tuggeranong girls are fantastic as are Woden Belconnen just waste of my time and money

We went in to buy a car harness for our dog. The team were terrific. They explained all the different types of harnesses, helped us to select something suitable and then fitted it to our dog while we were there. The girl even came out to our car to make sure it was suitable and that we knew how to use it. Great products and great service. Petbarn us our regular for our pup.

Good place for all your pet needs. They have good specials & the staff are friendly.You can take your dog there & they have a water bowl out front with fresh water. They give them free treats to try. The dog wash there is $10 for 10 mins with everythink there...

Went to buy some Mollys. A Julia helped me. She seems so knowledgeable and so patient. Responded all my doubt about fish so clear. Even gave me a print out for fish diagram. So proactive. Cheerrs… My always go to place

Excellent customer service. The staff where friendly and had great knowallge on products. My Blue Flemish Giant left with a new harness, outfit and a few treats. The staff even went the extra mile to carry the products to the car. Highly recommend poping in for all pet products

The new Petbarn location is very disability friendly, with an entrance ramp, wheelchair parking, and wide aisles that are easily navigated. The range is much improved with the extra space and the service is very friendly and helpful. Bonus points for the items being located at a lower height (in most cases).
