Highly recommend Jess! Helped me recover from multiple knee dislocations to where it now feels like I never even had them at all. Extremely friendly and really makes an effort to get to know you as well as recover.

Jess has started from very basics with just herself and a little admin support and gradually in a small amount of time, to her credit, built it up to be comprised of a multi-dimensional and diverse but complimentary team to care for those in need. I did the Glad program with Jess and when completed, Jess created my own program based on my needs. So far so good. It is a bonus to me that the practice is housed in the Fitness on the Park where I am a member and client of the remedial massage person. I now have a lovely one stop shop that meets my needs.

Donny Saleh really helped me manage my back pain. He gave me a really thorough assessment, helped me understand what was going on, and was able to give me some strategies I could do at home, in addition to hand-on therapy. His experience and professionalism was really clear - but also just an awesome guy. Can't recommend him enough!

After ignoring a shoulder issue for far too long, I finally booked in with Donny in early Feb this year. Just eight weeks later we're on the third progression of exercises and making amazing progress. Donny was quick to diagnose the issue and the recovery plan is working so much better than I could ever have hoped for. Highly recommend!

Jess has been a tremendous help, finally after 3 years off of my sport with injury i was able to get back into it and see progress of the injury. Jess gave me exercises, advice on handling the injury and the best precaution methods. She even is in constant contact with me, my coach, Pt and specialist which takes stress off me. All employees here are super friendly, polite and caring!
