Earthsafe

Earthsafe has been coming to service our tanks and septic since we bought our property 15 years ago. We have complete peace of mind that our tank, septic and pumps are being looked after by people who know what they're doing. Recently we were due for our 10 year sludge build up pump-out. The whole process was just so easy, from the initial phone call and quote through to finishing the job. Earthsafe took care of the whole process, including upgrading our alarm panel in the process. We couldn't be happier with the service.

We were forced into using earthsafe by the council. In the 10yrs we've had it in use, we've had to replace the aerationpump 4times. The 4 services per year seems excessive, when other companies can do it once per year, especially with the present economy.

This company used to be a 5 star service provider but over the last 2-3 years the service is now appalling. We missed 2 services in a row due to the company saying they could not get access despite agreeing to a process previously that had worked 5 years prior - a simple email to advise they were coming. after approx 7 months with no service we had to call them out because the system warning light triggered - they then sent a bill (despite missing 2 prior services and being paid 12 months in advance to deliver the service) and then when I refused to pay the invoice they threatened to stop my services. The company tried to say it was my fault for not being able to get access (this is despite them confirming they were emailing the wrong person to get access), but then admitted liability by refunding my money. The accounts team doesn't have any idea on customer service and if I had the option to give then no starts I would. Stay well clear of this company and choose other local providers - I found another provider on the same day I cancelled with Earthsage who were so much professional in every aspect to deal with.By pass this mob and find another provider.

I can not recommend these guys highly enough! Tracey has been amazing, helping me through a very stressful build! She sorted all the paperwork with council. They were incredibly prompt and worked through some difficult conditions. The guys on site were awesome and very nice and helpful. I've been treated with so much respect and kindness and they did an awesome job! Thank you!!
