IB Tutors

A friend recommended IB Hub. I signed up online for sessions for my daughter. For a number of weeks I've tried contacting them to discuss her needs to no avail. I booked a time via their online booking system to speak to them with 3 days notice. I received an automated email reminder for the call, but noone called me at the specified time. I followed up via their contact email address and noone has replied more than a week later. Not sure if they are still in business... I suggest anyone considering buying their services make sure you can contact them before purchasing. I will continue to try to make contact, but sharing my experience so others can make informed decisions.
