i started seeing a psychologist through school in july as i couldn’t afford going private anymore. i didn’t expect it to be as good as going private but it’s amazing!! they have so many services and online platforms too. i have general anxiety but mainly health anxiety and trauma issues relating to that and the psychologist i’ve been seeing for about 5 months is absolutely a life saver, i feel so comfortable talking to her and get a lot out of my sessions and i feel so much better. obviously everyone has different experiences but this is mine :)

I am so thankful to have access to Headspace Collingwood’s quality services, particularly during the worst of the pandemic. They have an amazing team of qualified professionals and I have never felt more supported before.

I disagree with the anon comment about this organisation. With a psychologist it really depends on the individual, and a level of understanding and connectivity between you and your psych - maybe you didn't find the right person for you. I wouldn't be so quick to judge a mental health service which is free. I've had good experiences here.
