ordered family dinner from menu log, the food leaked in the bag and as our driver bought it to us the bag ripped from the bottom and my food ended up on the driveway. Contacted the restaurant and I have never ever been so appalled by disgusting customer service ever! I was trying to explain the situation to the restaurant and the staff were screaming and abusing me over the phone, they laughed at me and continued to then hang up on me. Absolutely disgusting customer service, I will never order from this place again!!

Food is normally great here, but advice that you call and pick up. Last time i got food, the uber eats driver took too long to deliver. (Sometimes it also gets mixed up in the bag)I recommend the fried szechuan beef and also the King Prawn dishes. The portion is good for its price in today's economical climate.

Ordered thorough uber eats and the food was absolutely disgusting. The szechuan beef (adversitised as spicy!) i ordered had absolutely no flavour.. tasted like water and the prawn crackers were so incredibly stale. I have ordered twice and this has happened both times. The first time was completely flavourless as well and this time, thought i’d give them a chance but was the same. It’s a shame for the price you pay and WASTE.

I ordered quite a few dishes. There was raw (blood red raw) meat within the Mongolian beef. The woman on the phone when I called was rude and abrasive. She was relaying my concerns to a male who was seemingly screaming angrily in the background. They refused to refund the order because I ordered through Menulog and said it was Menulog’s responsibility. Menulog reached out to the restaurant to request the refund which was refused by the restaurant. When I called the restaurant I was told they were too busy to deal with me and then I was subsequently hung up on multiple times. Incredibly poor response to a legitimate food health and safety concern.

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST RESTAURANT FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!Ordered through menu log & have been waiting for the delivery so called the restaurant & the hideous lady on the other line blamed it on menu log. The food was still sitting at the restaurant. They wanted me to cancel the order with menu log then reorder directly through the restaurant so they can cook it fresh!STAY CLEAR OF THIS RESTAURANT!!!!

Ordered the satay beef which was burnt and runny. No satay flavour at all.Also ordered sweet and sour pork which was burnt and flavourless. First piece of pork was all gristle.Prawn crackers surprise surprise were burnt. The dogs wouldn't even touch the food and that's no exaggeration.Massive waste of over $60. I will certainly never order from here again and suggest to anyone to avoid this place

Have ordered off these guys several times and never had a problem. Food always hot and tasty. Again tonight delicious

Do not get this mixed up with Thorpe street Chinese restaurant.The absolute worst Chinese food I've ever tasted. The flavours where horrendous. The chicken was pink and the spring rolls where burnt.The rice was discusting.Total disgrace .

The worst food and customer service ever had. Kindly think twice to order food here because the condition of hygiene is disgusting. Dark, mess and very bad smell in the Kitchen. The female & male cooker yelling to customer and driver, seems like treat them like slaver. Wondering how could this kind of restaurant can be survive.The food like free fill with the msg and taste salty and thirsty after eat.

Disgusting!!! My chicken chow mein had BURNT noodles that were literally black through out the whole dish. Spent over $100 just to be absolutely disappointed!
