Knows how to relieve mental stress and physical stress, I also did some stretch class with Kieran and I was amazed at how much more flexible that I got throughout the legs, fingers, head, etc. after the class.

Great to have more range of motion.I could only ever JUST touch the floor with my finger tips when I'd stand/fold forward to touch the ground. By the end of the class to my amazement, half my hands were flat on the ground.Awesome to have some relief on my back & thighs as I sit down a lot. Really shows how tight muscles are & how easily they can be lengthened.Great stretch class & to be shown how to do the stretches on others is pretty generous. (Tools for the toolbox)Thanks Kieran!
