EP360 Exercise Physiology
Chris is a remarkable human being in addition to a highly effective exercise physiologist. I've had several trainers /EPs before. The difference with Chris is his ability to support your own motivation to make good choices for your health. I am NOT a morning person, but three times a week I would see Chris at 5:30 in the morning and would always walk away feeling better than when I walked in. The only reason I stopped was cos I moved out of the area. So if you like a chat and have struggled to maintain your commitment to exercise with all the other pressures in your life, go and see Chris.

Chris has been great in helping me stabilise long standing shoulder mobility issues after several injuries. Getting excellent results weekly training now focussed on building strength.I've referred several friends and couldn't recommend highly enough!

I've been meeting Chris every week for the last few years now. I'm in my mid 50s and as a business owner need to not only maintain physical well being but stay mentally robust too. Chris is more than a personal trainer - he asks questions, listens, and focuses on you as a whole person. He's incredibly knowledgeable, supportive, will push you to be as strong as you need to be, and he loves a good laugh too.

Chris has done an incredible job of educating me, developing my strength and managing pain caused by my chronic condition. His guidance has supported my overall health and he listens to what my muscles are doing each week in order to best work with them. As someone with facioscapulohumeral muscular dystrophy, this is very important.

I have worked with Chris for about eight years now. Chris’ knowledge of the human body is amazing and his manner is supportive and encouraging- his focus is his client and is constantly aware of the client’s comfort, goals and well being. Chris has a wonderful way of interacting with all, making people feel that they are the most important person in the world. I have much to be thankful to Chris for, including recognising signs in me and recommending I see a cardiologist - a recommendation that resulted in essential major surgery. I thoroughly enjoy my sessions with Chris and always come away knowing more than I did when I walked into the gym.

I have been attending Chris since December 18. I had a hip replacement in june 19. The rehab experts at the hospital were amazed at my strong core. This was the professional work done by Chris prior to my operation and they commented on its effectiveness. Thoroughly recommend this wondetful gentleman whose quiet encouragement lifts you to contually do better.

I initially engaged Chris to help me with my chronic lower back pain, and with his program and guidance, not only did my back get better to the point of being pain-free, but my body and core strength has become stronger and more capable than it's ever been. I no longer need regular physio appointments or pain meds to deal with the ongoing back pain that I used to suffer. I highly recommend Chris to anyone who is looking to become strong and fit, in particular when dealing with chronic pain and movement issues.
