Brilliant store, loads of bike gear & good choice of bikes, huge workshop & exceptional customer service from Darren & his team. They fitted a bike rack to the motorhome & when one part of the Hayman Reece didn't match up they drove me in their vehicle around town to get the right part to save parking big motorhome. Been in this store a few times & on every occasion they are helpful, knowledgeable & spend time with you. Best bike store in Warrnambool !!

I am coming up from melbourne for the festive period, and tried calling them today on the # on their website ( 5560-5009), & each time it rang out only for an automated message to prompt me to leave a message on 5561-0351??? If it is a bike shop, then surely they can organise a voicemail id for themselves as the # to leave message on is totally different to that called & advertised! Also, the website does not mention if the bike shop hires out bikes???

Would give them 6 stars if I could. On a riding holiday and ran into strife late Saturday. Had to wait till Monday to get to an open bike shop for help. 90 minutes after calling in we were back on the road at a fraction of the cost we were expecting. Thanks guys. You saved our holiday!

Had a disaster with our bikes mounted on our roof racks (long story, don’t ask) frantically rang around to get a towbar mounted bike carrier. Arrived in store 15 minutes before closing and Lachlan assembled a carrier and fitted to our car with a cheerful smile, even gave us a great tip for dinner!! Outstanding service, thank you so much Lachlan.
