I used to live in Inner city and bought land in New Park. I was looking for a builder who could build a single storey house with a swimming pool in the backyard. I was referred to Kultar by my mortgage broker and when I was introduced to him, I went to see his existing projects. While doing so, I found out about Kultar’s passion in construction, when building houses, he often felt like he was building his own. This reassured me making me feel very relaxed during the construction process. My home was completed exceeding my expectations and inclusions. I look forward to working with Kultar again in 2023, I am going to build an investment property with Kultar.
