Phil and his team are magnificent! They managed our renovation at Surfers Paradise in 2021. He was initially contracted to work on just our two bathrooms but it quickly evolved to him managing the entire renovation – there wasn’t really much he didn’t work on for us. In the end, they worked on our two bathrooms, our laundry, our flooring (carpet and floorboards), paintwork, blinds and electricals. He even stepped up when our interior decorator failed to deliver – he has impeccable taste and was able to assist in the selection, sourcing and installation of our furniture as well as soft furnishings. Nothing was too hard from him – he happily made many trips to Target for me to pick up crockery, cutlery etc. He even went to the electrical store and pick up all our appliances for us.Importantly, Phil and his team are honest people that do quality work – they don’t cut corners and are exceptional proud of their work. Nothing was too hard for them and they went out of their way to help us as they knew that we could not get to Surfers due to COVID restrictions placed on our state.Phil’s communication with us was second to none – he kept us constantly updated on the status of the project and was great with recommendations when things did not go as planned. His prices are also very affordable and fair. I will choose to work with Phil again in a heartbeat! Such a shame he does not work in Sydney.

I wanted a unique Balinese bathroom and had five builder quotes and Phil was by far the most accommodating, listening to what I wanted to achieve and ensuring he would make it work. Nothing was too hard and he had great ideas- even coming tile and tapware shopping with me. He remained in constant communication to keep me updated and to make sure I was happy at all stages. His team were wonderful, genuine tradesman who were not only friendly and easy to deal with but have exceptional workmanship.Overall the entire team exceeded my expectations. In particular Cory (plumber) and Adam (carpenter) who were incredibly patient at all stages of the renovation, helping to plan and explain the work/share ideas and only a phone call away to answer all of my questions. Cory went above and beyond in assisting in anything I needed and Adam quick to fix/pick up on things that needed rectifying. Dion (tiler) managed to achieve the exact look I was going for and his work was stunning. The team always kept the space clean and tidy despite a job site and worked very well within strict body corporate/apartment requirements. And the job stayed on budget!I can easily see why Intrend has 5 stars on google and I am another VERY happy customer as I am beyond happy with my new beautiful bathroom. I wont hesitate to use them again in the future.

I recently had 3 of my bathrooms renovated by Phil and his team. They did an amazing job and were all very friendly and professional. Phil was very helpful and informative, keeping me updated on what was happening every step of the way. Any problems I encountered were only very minor and Phil had them sorted for me quickly and without any drama. I had an old bathroom downstairs that was probably 30 years old and in poor condition. I had quotes from 4 different bathroom installers and none of them seemed particularly interested stating they were very busy and pointed out all the problems associated with the refurbishment. I was ready to give up when by luck I found Intrend and started dealing with a customer focused professional. Phillip was enthusiastic, made a number of good recommendations and his quote price was fair. On signing the contract he accompanied me to bathroom and tile businesses and greatly assisted in making the choices in fittings and tiles. His team was professional and on time and I could not fault the quality of the work. The end result has transformed downstairs with a bright, modern, feature bathroom. Can not recommend this business highly enough.
