Narvinder is truly a lifesaver. Our alarm system has been triggered 6 times in the last 24 hours. 2 times last night at 2am when we were all sleeping, and 4 times today during the hours of 10am-12pm. I was so desperate I called the agent who sold us this house and he passed me the alarm company they used but I left a message and no one responded. I started googling security alarm companies in my area and called two other companies, who didn't answer before reaching Bright Vision. When I reached Narvinder I was so desperate trying to explain the situation with the alarm screeching in the back ground. I asked him to come urgently and he came to my house within 20mins. He changed the main battery, generated a new code from the security company and showed me what to do in the event the alarm gets triggered in future. I am so relieved because my husband is not home and I was so worried it would trigger again when my young children were sleeping. His emergency call out fee was very minor considering how quick he responded, and fast he fixed the problem. Thank you Narvinder and I would recommend you to everyone. I am so grateful.
