Customer service needs improvement. Staff are consistently unfriendly and rude. I’ll be going elsewhere for my medications.

I have been going here for almost 18yrs. Graham, Lou and the rest of the staff are fantastic. They are all very and helpful.They also have an amazing range of so many different things. Couldn't recommend them highly enough!!

Called on a Sunday for an urgent script delivery for my sick partner whilst I had two small kids at home. Graciously arranged for the script to be delivered after closing. Very community minded!!

Bright open space (the whole building is still very new) with a wide range of items and friendly helpful staff. We found what we needed at a reasonable price (elastic bandages) and had all questions answered patiently and in detail. Worth making your family pharmacy if you live in the area.

I am going to give this Pharmacy one last go. It is pretty convenient to me and even though the prices are higher than other Pharmacies in the area I am more interested in convenience. They have a great range of nick nacks to with nice brands of skin care and gift ware. However, the staff make you wait whilst they chit chat with obvious friends who visit, the staff omg why do they work in a shop when they can barely smile, don't bother greeting you and look downright surly when organising your scripts and other purchases. Come on ladies, at least meet and greet the people who pay your wages cordially and in a friendly manner!!!

Humiliating experience. The pharmacist asked lots of personal questions and gave advice about the proper use of the drug in a loud voice from the dispensary desk.The whole shop could hear everything he said and the pharmacy assistants were huddled together watching. It was obvious he didn't approve and I felt like a very naughty school girl. I left humiliated and in tears.

very genuine people and business. Whenever I enter they know me by name haha and always ask how I'm going and they genuinely want to know how I am going. Service is fantastic. Fast and easy. I just do my regular shop and when I return everything is all ready and organised. Wouldn't change anything. Great service and business. Make this your family pharmacy :)

Not all of the staff but a select few are unpleasant to deal with. My long winded experience will bore you so in summary they are sour faced, unfriendly, difficult to converse with and not forthcoming with information. I will not be shopping there or using their services anymore.
