First and last time I would use this business. Waited ages to hand my script in. Was also pitching some over the counter Panadol but just got advised from the other side of the counter. I had no idea what I was buying and needed help ( never needed this sort of stuff). I left the script and went back to the car and waited as the entire shop is so cluttered that there's no room for the elderly or disabled to sit. Poor excuse for a pharmacy

Worse customer service.3 times I have been there and no difference each time. First time they filled all my scripts when I told them numerous times I only wanted the one. They even marked it and still got it wrong. When I told them I didn’t want the others they were extremely rude! Second time I stood at the counter while a girl whipped it down in front of me them walked off. Still waiting. A man came and stood behind me, I told him that I had been waiting for ages. He then had to call out to the people behind the counter! I said don’t worry and walked out. Third attempt to get something and waited, when the girl eventually attended to me, I asked for what I was wanting and she said “What’s it called.” I said I didn’t know but told her what it was for. She said I can’t help you as I don’t really know what you want! Rude Rude Rude.

Huge collection of perfumes and very affordable. The staff are amazing and friendly. Selena attended to me and her knowledge of the perfumes and customer service was exceptional. The other staff too were amazing.I would highly recommend.

The south American woman who works here thought I was speaking a foreign language when I asked if the branch at COFFS HARBOUR had the medicine I needed. How can you live in Port Mac even as a recent immigrant and not know the next biggest town north of here?

one of the worst experiences a customer could ever receive not only did I realize that my medication was open when I returned it. I advised the staff member at the prescription counter what happened after calling and advising them about the situation. She all but told me she couldn't be bothered dealing with it and wanted to make sure that I wanted to follow direct procedures including reporting to the police and investigating. I advised the staff member that yes I did not feel safe taking prescription medication that the class a drug that has been opened and tampered with. With a great sigh he said fine thank you for letting us know we will need to contact the police and file a report. I advised that I understood the procedure and I've actually worked in the fuel before and you exactly how serious the situation is. I received the phone call from the same staff member advising me that the manufacturer refused to take responsibility and not only that they would not replace the tampered with tablets. She then proceeded to tell me that there is nothing that they can do on their end and that is it there or washing the hands of the situation she said timeframes have lapsed and that there was actually missing pills from the bottle she try to insist that most likely I had opened it when trying to unseal it I advised that it definitely was unsealed and open when I went to open it at home. She insisted on talking over me when I was trying to explain that the amount that was missing doesn't even match the dosage amount I would have I told her I understood the procedures of the manufacturer and that it is filed under loss prevention and breakage and that she needs to talk to somebody that actually knows what they're talking about as she had absolutely no idea but was accusing me of being a liar in speaking over me the whole time on the call. I then told her that I was not going to take the fact that I'd received a tampered with product and I returned it due to the fact that I did not feel safe and anything could have been done to or taken from the bottle she then said that she would need to contact the legal team. I agreed as it was the smartest thing she had said to me so far and that she needed to talk to someone that actually knew what they were talking about and understood the line of custody for the class a drug I received a phone call not 10 minutes later advising me that the manufacturer has agreed to have the products sent back and have it checked under quality control. As I knew the procedures and protocols understood that's exactly the right step that need to be taken it's very upsetting that if I did not know the procedures and protocols myself most likely somebody else would be told that there's nothing that they can do and give up losing not only the amount of tablets maybe even another doctors appointment to get another script or due to the fact you received an open package from now on I will be checking before I walk out the store but I will never go back to Port Macquarie Chemist Warehouse it was at their worst experience hit left me frustrated angry and quite upset knowing that someone was happy to sweep something under the rug as it was in there too hard basket very disappointed Chemist Warehouse.

There is so much to be desired with the staff. They ignore you, are unaware of their own product range, and you feel rushed and dismissed when asking a question.I have better service researching myself, because they usually won't even know the product isle. I have an easier time buying online than I do dealing with the store staff.

1/2 price sale was on at Chemist Warehouse so I was able to restock makeup and other toiletries. The scripts I needed to fill were completed in a timely manner. Friendly and helpful staff.

A great range of products at reasonable prices and very helpful staff. It can get busy.
