had the most wonderful experience! harry was great and explained everything in detail without being overwhelming, didn't catch the name of the other staff members but they were amazing and so friendly :) definitely recommend!

The lady (Sara) that served us was very knowledgeable and patient while allowing us to try so many different mattresses. She made every effort to make sure we were comfortable with the sale... Obviously we spend a fair bit of cash but now excited about the delivery... no regrets. thanks again Sara.5 stars for service

I purchased 2 beds from Snooze Moorabbin quite some time ago, due to buying an apartment off the plan, I had intended for the beds to be delivered to my apartment once it was finished however due to delays, Snooze had to hold onto my beds for a much longer period of time. I am so appreciative of their understanding approach and willingness to be flexible, Cheryl has exceptional customer service and knowledge and is really lovely to deal with. I would highly recommend this store to anyone looking for good quality products and excellent customer service :)

Have just been back after buying 2 beds+ mattresses 2 years ago. This time we bought a Madison Broadway mattress and some awesome pillows, all discounted and a massive shout out to Sue who was AMAZING. Friendly, really knew her stuff and great advice. Could not have been better.

We have waited ten weeks for our order that initially we were told would take 3weeks.We understand Covid conditions overseas and delays etc. our only complaint is the rude staff on the phone when engaging with them as to when our product would be delivered to the warehouse for collection.We were told on every contact it will be next week. This to date has not been the case. Still no date to collect. When I suggested if it is not in by next week I will cancel, I was abruptly told that’s not an option. I have read the terms and conditions and it is indeed an option. In our opinion Staff require Customer service training.

Great experience with our salesperson Harry. Very informative and we never felt rushed into making a decision. Our bed frame and mattress arrived sooner than expected. The delivery team kept us updated with timeframes and delivery was punctual. Highly recommend!

Amazing customer service. I visited Snooze today, unsure whether I would be able to buy floor stock and moving overseas in 4 weeks. Cheryl was incredibly helpful and open to floor stock purchase. I came away with a dresser and 2 side tables. I could not be more grateful, I felt a genuine desire to help me out. Thank you to Cheryl and the Moorabbin team! 100% recommend Snooze's quality products, beautiful timber.
