I last visited late February for a pedicure and refill booking. I had my sons engagement that weekend and was looking forward to a nice experience as this was my 3rd visit. I had my own beautiful nails and was very proud of them. The technician decided without consultation from me to cut my nails right off and to glue french tips on. I nearly burst out crying when I realised what she was doing! At no point had I agreed to this! I asked for the manager but she said they were not available. I called afterwards and sent a message, but no assistance or feedback. She charged me $120 for this terrible service. Will not be back

I have used this service at least 3 times, generally for a mani/pedi. On the last occasion I took my daughters along with me. A couple of the ladies were really nice and went out of their way, however the third lady was rude and very abrupt. She certainly didn’t seem to care about great customer service and left one of my daughters upset. We won’t be going back there.

Had a very pleasant experience here, received a beverage and snack shortly after my arrival and the staff were very accommodating. I was also very pleased with the end result of my nails. Thank you to the Lee Lee and the rest of the staff.

Absolutely love getting my nails done at bamboo Nails Coomera, totally love Lynda I always feel spoilt and looked after - a very relaxing and caring service which I have been enjoying for the past 3 years and have sometimes travelled an hour to get there <3

Had an appointment with Bamboo nails, have been there before and had no problem. Went there today and told me it would be $65 on the phone and I normally get longish nails, as she cut them I told her the length I would like an everything was fine until the filing began she took off at least half of the length and by the time she has them set with the acrylic she notice she has filed one even shorter then the rest and wanted to make them all shorter I said just leave it. The lady who did my gel was amazing she honestly saved it.Was charged $70 after all of that.Wouldn’t return
