Jamie @ BB freo is my go to. Marsha Mailander - your review of the Jamie, is inaccurate and doesn’t align with my experience of her. This is not a reflection of the professional therapist I have been seeing for treatments and liaising with. If you were having an off day, please don’t take it out on the hardworking team at BB. My advice moving forward is, if you have a problem, talk to someone about it.Highly recommend BB Fremantle for all treatments as do many of my friends and colleagues.Thanks again ladies for the consistent attention to detail and professionalism. Terrible service, I had an appointment for today that I made a month ago and when I CALLED because they never sent ne a text they told me sorry your name and phone number is not here there is nothing I can do". When I asked the girls name she said she didn't wanted to give it to me and hung up. She was SO RUDE

I was visiting Perth from Melbourne where I am a religious BB client. I am so glad I was able to find a BB salon close to where I was staying. Just as I had expected, the salon was presented well, it was clean, bright, hygienic and the staff were very professional. I booked in for my usual wax and got a spray tan too. The therapist who looked after me did a fantastic job!! BB freo was a stand out in customer service and will be heading back next time I'm in Perth. Recommend highly!!!

I had always found the staff here great, and always been happy with the waxing. Now despite having always turned up on time and always paid in full for my treatments for over 18 months, apparently everyone now has to pay a deposit to make a booking. I get it for new customers, but for reliable regulars? Policy introduced across the board a few months ago. Now looking for a new waxing salon.

100% BEST place in Perth to get a Full Brazilian---the ladies are lovely, sweet, kind and exceptionally professional; the tables are large and comfortable and the place is light, airy and wonderfully clean. The store products they sell at BB are also fantastic as these products help prevent ingrown hairs and keep a woman smooth and sexy clean---which is extremely important---and I therefore highly recommend these BB products to be used for hair-removal After Care :) I truly appreciate BB as an exceptional business that knows how to take care of its customers and how much better I feel after having used their services.

Most unpleasant experience. The casual employee was very rude when I made the appointment the previous day and then when I arrived on time for my appointment it was missing. The same person rushed me through my appointment while yelling out to her colleague in the other room and the result was less than pleasing. I won't be back.

Terribly overpriced for the service. Most painful Brazilian ive had with the worst hair removal and recovery. asked to hold the most awkward, uncomfortable positions with no G-string while the girl went over the same place multiple times and then trying to pluck out hairs that she missed? I was told that my hair is too thick as if it's my fault she couldn't do her job. I said I will clear it up myself as I couldn't stand it any longer but still charged full price for the worst Brazilian I've ever had. Two days later and the area is still very sensitive, something I haven't experienced before. Don't waste your money.

EDIT: I decided to give this place 1 last chance and it was the worst decision. The g string Brazilian was terrible. Hair was left uneven and it was done very quickly and carelessly. The woman who waxed me ignored me when I spoke to her. It looked so terrible I had to go to another Salon and get it fixed. The two female staff were very rude. It was a very uncomfortable experience, especially as it was my first time.DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. GO ELSEWHERE.----I liked this place but it's not very welcoming anymore. the staff are not very personable. it wouldn't kill you to have a friendly chat with a client or even say goodbye as I was ignored when I walked in and when I walked out.the lady with the scar on her chest is especially rude and weird for absolutely no reason. lighten up and don't act like you are doing me a favour.I think this place was better when the owner was still around. she was very nice.

I called the Salon to book, no deposit was asked for! No-one was at the desk (all the girls were waxing) but when I went inside I was immediately greeted by one of the girls in her treatment room and invited to take a seat. The salon was spotless, my waxer Bella was on time and really lovely and we had a good old chat plus she did a fantastic job, will definitely be visiting again!

i booked a g-string wax and the lady who did it messed it up so bad its uneven and she didn’t even do the top i had to ask her to do it the inside of my legs still have hair and my stomach which i had also booked the snail trail still has hair. DONT GO HERE i paid $79 for a terrible waxing job.
