Keegan and Josh were both exceptional, everything was quoted and explained to me by Keegan before I gave the go ahead for the work to be done.Josh was then assigned to do my install of a new hot water system, Josh was at my house with in the hour and arrived with everything he required to complete the job. A lot of modifications had to be done as the old system was 13 years old and all the water inlet and outlets and gas inlet are in different positions to the original system and the gas pipe had to upgraded from 13mm to 19mm. Everything is neat and tidy to do with the installation, as you will see by the picture.

I called Fallon Solutions because my hot water was suddenly lukewarm. The system itself was 10+ years old. Fallon Solutions sent out a technician same day to assess and was able to replace the system next morning. I thought they were professional, responsive and they arrived on-time. I was also happy with the quality of work.Shout out to Cameron J and Josh B for a great job!

Jack provided an excellent and efficient service when he repaired my bathroom fan. He was professional, quickly identifying and fixing the problem, and left the workspace clean. Oh my god! Edwin was literally the best tradesman I’ve had in Brisbane. Came out to fix an aircon, helped me with that and gave a good quote and then a booking on a new one. Also pointed out another one needed a service. I was worried it was too expensive until I actually saw how much work and how detailed he went into servicing my main split system. He probably saved me 3 grand on a new install not to mention saved my air conditioner from an early grave. Looks brand new. Complete removed every ounce of dirt, dust, mould and pollen from the entire inside of the unit using some incredible low pressure water jet system. So happy! This AC is 8 years old!

Damien P & Trent L arrived on time & did a great job. We had smoke detectors, lights, switches & kitchen appliances installed. Communication was great.They were very thorough. We are really happy with the work done & would highly recommend them.

We used Fallon to install some new data ports in our house. They responded to our online query within a day, and had a technician come out and get the work done the next day, which was great. Work was completed to a high quality, and technicians were friendly. Would use again.
