Sheree is great!!!! and has worked wonders on me in just one session. I have been to osteopath and spent alot of money. Sheree fixed my shoulder in a one hour session. Next time I went she fixed my back and hips. I would definitely recommend her to you all..very happy customer.

Meridian Therapies Remedial Massage
I have been going to Sheree for the past few years. Sheree is amazing with the various massage and other techniques she uses such as cupping, deep tissue, triggerpoints, reiki and stretching. Sheree took me through some yoga and chi gong routines to take home after her massage treatment. I am happy to say that Sheree’s skill has had beneficial health benefits for me and I now regularly keep her style of approaching health in mind. Sheree is someone I recommend my friends to as I do believe that she is a specialist in the natural health field for anyone wanting to improve their health.

Sheree’s treatment yesterday (massage and my first ever cupping experience) had me feeling anazing afterwards. Sheree carefully explains everything she does and makes sure you are comfortable with what she is doing- I found this so important as I was unsure what to expect from cupping and how my body would react. Sheree reassured me every step of the way and the results are terrific. I had been sick over two weeks with an infection plus a virus on top of this and now I am feeling great. In addition to this her knowledge and wisdom about what is going on in your body and how to repair it is phenomenal. I can not recommend Sheree highly enough!

Meridian Therapies Remedial Massage
Since coming to Sheree I have gained more balanced and posture has increased. After suffering from these issues in the past,a notice when I go on long walks I do not have any aches and pains. I will keep seeing Sheree as I know my muscles are working better and being older in age it is very beneficial for myself to maintain independence for a longer period of time . I recommend Sheree to any one looking for a longer lasting effect.
