Soul Shift Warrior
Lou is a beautiful soul who is invested in your well-being. I attended a Soul Shift Retreat last year in Cape Hillsborough and met some wonderful new like-minded friends. I hadn’t done much meditation previously and to tell you the truth I still don’t. But that weekend was the perfect opportunity to just switch off and it was the kickstart I needed to send my career in another direction. I can’t recommend Lou and her retreats enough.
