Pullenvale Dental is excellent on all levels. The most gentle, professional and kind dentist I’ve ever been to, as well as knowledgeable and reasonable pricing. Very highly recommended. Outstanding.

Always a pleasant experience. In terms of costs, even without private health insurance they're incredibly affordable. Gone are the days of dentists berating you for not brushing properly. All of the staff are patient and kind, they listen and give thoughtful advice where asked. They're exceptionally great and patient with kids :)

My dental emergency was attended to by Dr Gilbert who handled it with a very calm and soothing manner. Highly recommended for nervous patients(me) and children.

Overall a great experience (being able to watch a movie, with a TV on the roof while you’re getting your teeth examined is a bonus). Will definitely be making my regular dentist.

Dr Gilbert Chen is the most outstanding dentist I have been with during my past 70 years. He is conservative with my teeth and he is especially careful with those that need preserving. With an exceptionally gentle manner and an excellent understanding of my dental needs I am so grateful that I have him as my dentist. Our whole family goes to him!

Gilbert and his team are absolutely brilliant. It is his gentle nature with kids that I appreciate. He even managed to give my 9 year old a needle and extract 2 teeth without her feeling it at all! Thanks Gilbert.

Honestly by far the best dentist's office I have ever been to - Dr Carmen and Tyler (unsure if I'm spelling names correctly) are so friendly, gentle and are understanding about my complex chronic health needs. They also usually have a television above the dentist's chair so having your teeth worked on is a much less awful experience than at other dentists because it is so much easier to distract yourself. Unfortunately due to the huge influx of rain the TV was out of commission last time I was there however they assured me it would be back up in the future.I genuinely have never received such high quality, thorough and knowledgeable dental care before. They are a smile.com.au provider so between that and my extras cover the cost is usually quite low (and multiple times there was no out of pocket cost to me at all).I highly recommend the team at Pullenvale dental, whether you just need a scale and clean or you require major dental work to be done. Both my husband and myself are big fans of everyone who works there.
