Very good range only matched by very good staff. Huge range of pet food for cats n dogs etc but also bigger beasties. Having undercover two lane parking is great for those wet days.

BUYER BEWARE!I recently purchased a large item from this supplier and experienced the following:1)although being the wrong size (my not checking the email sent for payment) but trusting the owner after taking his photo beside what I had asked to be delivered. I discovered2) Safety locking items not supplied at delivery and after 2mnths STILL NOT so it can not be used.3) a structural item not even welded and when questioned was told to fix it myself!4) they will not fix their problem. Even after saying they would replace it they now won't even return calls.I supplied to the rural industry for over 20+yrs and have never seen such a lack of care or consideration for a client.Advice to any potential buyer -1) thoroughly check your purchase before taking delivery,2) then and only then pay.

Sold some Guinea pigs to them staff were great and got good price for them .

Always a great range of products for all animals. Reasonably priced for what you purchase.Male staff are very friendly and helpful; including will assist loading your vehicle if requireing assistants (great customer service).The female staff members are very rude, arrogent, discrimatory towards male shoppers and treat surrended animals with distain (poor custumer service).Would recommend going for all pet needs, but avoid female staff unless wanting to be abused and discriminated against.

The service is super quick. I was amazed at the amount of different dog food available! Various cages and kennels suitable for indoor or outdoors, even ute backs! As I was after a specific type of biscuit and served quite quickly, I didn't look at the rest of the premises but assume it would have been as amazing as the dog supply area!

Fantastic store. All the produce and rural supplies you would need. Great animal enclosures for the pets on display. All animals are very well looked after. I am very impressed with the service and product.

Great place for bulk animal food, hay and pet accessories. Also pets! cat, dogs, chickens, ducks and birds Can drive in and friendly staff will assist loading bulky items.
