Lovely place to stay in the heart of Daylesford. Annie's dinner recommendation was incredible (The Perfect Drop). Rooms were clean and tidy and although there are shared bathrooms (except for the room with the ensuite) we had no issues and would stay there again. Late 11am check out was also a bonus

A great nights sleep in a warm room and comfortable bed. Very clean facilities. excellent communication, we were grateful to be able to book an extra room at the last minute and park our bikes in the garage.

The host is incredibly lovely and accomdating. The rooms are spacious and the beds very comfortable.I look forward to staying here again when I'm next in Daylesford.

Annie has done an amazing job! She is so friendly and informative giving a list of her recommendations! She made our experience great. As for the place walking distance to all the main places in Daylesford and very good value for money!

This was one of the most wonderful and unique places in which I have ever stayed. I didn't read the booking details carefully and thought this was a hotel instead of a share house. Best mistake I have ever made! The owner Annie, was lovely, very professional and attentive. She made sure we had everything we needed. The best thing about this place was the way it was decorated - it was like staying in a museum. Being a bit OCD myself, I really appreciated the way every single piece, from the footstools to the bed covers, was carefully selected to make you feel like you are stepping into another world. So much more quirky and fun than a hotel. Thank you for the memorable stay.

Apart from the gorgeous location, this place stands above the rest in terms of service. The staff are so kind- you will enjoy staying here and want to come back! Highly recommended!

Stayed here for one night recently and loved it! Very clean and comfortable, super close to town and the owners are so lovely. Would happily stay again!
