Dirtiest service station toilets I've seen in probably 20 years. No soap either, and it was obvious they'd been like that for a while. A quiet Sunday afternoon with at least two staff on, so the care factor is not there. Skipped the coffee because what are the chances the machine is cleaned regularly.

Its really disappointing customer service .My car was ran out of gas and when I was starting to fill they close the pump around 9.40 yesterday. I had no option and on the way to next station my car was stopped. I had to tow to the nearest station and station and it won't start. only needed Just five minutes to wait ,why don't you do !im really disappointing. It should have zero ratings.

Omg goodness 1.30 Thursday 24 feb 2022. Fuelled up walked into shop I'm only customer but lots of buzzing for fuel bowsers to be operating. No service, so rude, 1 young girl looking to select her drink from fridge. Slowly selected her drink, slowly walked to register, slowly served me, no smile, no comment. Just terrible! I have always received such good service from United. She needs to change jobs

I was going to get a coffee, but the worker with cleaning the bench and i watched him as he pickedup cups from the bench and put them back in the holder. Those cups had been handled by other customers and now he's putting them back in the holder for someone else to use. When I expressed my dismay he was very defensive and said he cant throw out cups because 'people like you come in and pull them out of the dispenser' and he was quite rude and raising his voice. Absolutely poor hygiene practices especially during a pandemic. Get your act together and stop putting ppl at risk.
