Shocking customer service experience. Made an already stressful time even more stressful, with poor communication and poor organisation. Cleaners arrived over 30 mins late, and were driving back and forth past my house while I waved for them to please come in and start cleaning already!They then advised they would like to pop into the shops for something"- I asked if this was related to the cleaning and they said no.SSA sent two cleaners instead of the one I originally asked for meaning my quote price suddenly went up by double without being informed or asked. The cleaners forgot to bring the equipment for steam cleaning
